Creating an event on Facebook...HELP!!?
Can anyone help-is there any way you can create an event on Facebook but do it so there is NOT the option to say 'are attending' or 'are not attending'?? So basically it is not apparent if no-one wants to go?! Also, can you invite people who are not your friends? It is for a photography exhibition and I want to invite people from various photography groups who i do not know? Big thanks in advance if you can help!

- you can create a public event that anyone , not just your friends, can go to... however i don't think you can invite strangers. What you can do instead is go to photography clubs and leave the link on their wall. You can also send personal messages with a link to the event. As for an option to get rid of Attending/ not attending, I don't know if you can. But, I had a friend who used to go to the not attending list and 'uninvite' anyone who said no. This removed their name from 'not attending' so it looked like only people who had said yes were shown.
